Subscription Policy
1. Subscription Terms
Our service is provided on a subscription basis for a recurring fee (“Subscription”). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance. By activating a subscription or trial, you agree that we may charge the current subscription fee at the start of each billing period using your selected payment method, unless you cancel beforehand.
All pricing details are clearly outlined on the payment page. Fees may be processed as one or multiple transactions, depending on the payment provider.
2. Trial Access
We may occasionally offer trial access to the service for a minimal upfront fee.
If you do not cancel during the trial period (7 days, unless otherwise stated), the full subscription rate as listed on the payment page will be automatically charged at the end of the trial.
Promotional discounts may be available for limited periods and will convert to regular rates upon renewal unless canceled.
3. Payment Processing
Payments will be collected through the payment method provided at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge all applicable fees on each renewal date using your selected payment method.
Your bank or card provider may apply additional charges, such as currency conversion or international transaction fees, which we are not responsible for.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
To cancel, you can either:
Log into your account and go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Membership’ → ‘Cancel Subscription’; or
Contact our support team via email at support@asknfix.com.
Once canceled, access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for reasons such as failed payments, violation of our Terms of Use, or at our discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under limited conditions:
You may request a refund within 30 days of initial sign-up if there has been minimal or no usage of the service.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review.
To request a refund, contact us at support@asknfix.com. Complaints about the quality of service or expert interactions are not in themselves grounds for a refund.
For EU Residents: By starting to use the service, you agree to immediate service delivery and waive the standard right of withdrawal. If you cancel within 14 days and the service has not been substantially used, you may be eligible for a proportional refund.
6. Chargeback Policy
By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue through our customer support team.
Improper chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and further action, including legal recovery of fees and associated costs.
7. Language Version
In case of any differences between translated versions and this English version, the English version will prevail.
