To submit a question on Ask&Fix, make sure you have an active subscription. If you’re already subscribed, simply go to the Chat, type your question, and click “Send.”
One of our experts will join the conversation and assist you until your issue is fully resolved.
Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?
With your Ask&Fix subscription, you can ask unlimited questions and get help with as many issues as you need – there are no restrictions.
As long as your subscription is active, you’ll have full access to expert support. You’re also welcome to ask questions for your friends and family.
How do I send follow-up questions to my expert?
Simply type your follow-up questions in the Chat window and hit “Send.” Your Ask&Fix expert will stay in the conversation and keep assisting you until your issue is completely resolved.
Can I edit my question or reply?
At the moment, message editing isn’t available on Ask&Fix. If you need to correct or add something, just type a new message in the Chat and hit “Send.” Your expert will see your update and continue helping you.
How can I attach files to my messages?
To attach a file in the Chat:
Click the paperclip icon.
Choose the file you want to upload and confirm.
Once uploaded, your photo or document will show up below the message box.
What types of files can I attach in the chat?
You can upload photos, screenshots, and other files up to 5 MB when chatting with an Ask&Fix expert.
If your file is too large, try resizing or compressing it before uploading.

Sorry you’re having trouble signing in! Try these steps:
Double-check your email and password — make sure there are no typos and that Caps Lock is off.
Forgot your password? Go to the Password Reset Page.
Enter the email or phone number you used to sign up and click Continue.
As you used email: Check your inbox (and Spam folder) for a message from Ask&Fix, then click the link to set a new password.

What’s my username? I can’t remember it.
Your username is the email address you used to sign up for Ask&Fix.
Not sure which one it is? Try checking your inboxes for any messages from Ask&Fix — that might help jog your memory.
You can also visit our Password Reset Page and enter any email addresses you think you might have used. Once you enter the correct one, we’ll send a reset link to that email so you’ll know it’s the right account.
How do I change my password?
To update your password:
Go to your account and open the Edit Settings tab.
Scroll to the Change Password section.
Enter your current password, then type in your new one.
Click Change to save the update.
What does “This email is already taken” mean?
It means there’s already an Ask&Fix account registered with that email address.
To access it, just go to the Sign in page, enter the same email and your password, then click Sign In.
How can I unsubscribe from email notifications?
We send emails to keep you informed about important updates, transactions, and account activity. While we recommend keeping them on so you don’t miss anything critical, you can unsubscribe at any time.
To do so:
Open any email from Ask&Fix.
Scroll to the bottom.
Click the Unsubscribe link.

How do I delete my Ask&Fix account?
To delete your account, simply email our Customer Support team at support@asknfix.com with your request.
