How quickly will I get an answer from an expert?
Ask&Fix experts typically reply with a detailed response in just 1 to 10 minutes. For more complex questions that require deeper analysis, it may take a little longer – but we always aim to deliver accurate solutions as fast as possible.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
No worries — resetting your password is easy:
- Go to our Password Reset Page.
- Enter the email or phone number you used to sign up with.
- Click the “Continue” button.
- As you used your email, check your inbox for a message from Ask&Fix (and don’t forget to peek in your Spam folder). Click the link in the email to set a new password.
